If a customer fails to pay their initial GO-PASS™ Usage Bill within the several week timeframe allowed, the unpaid tolls will become violations, and those transactions, as well as future tolls will be subject to additional fees and charges.  Under Colorado law, the Northwest Parkway may assess Civil Penalties up to $250.00 per transaction.  The fees and charges assessed for late and delinquent bills may vary from time to time.  Please click here for a current schedule of fees and charges.

The Northwest Parkway includes a “Civil Penalty Assessment Notice” with every Late Bill that is mailed.  The Notice includes the process to be followed if the customer wishes to dispute their bill.  Additionally, the Notice provides guidance as to why bills may have been received, and how payments can be made.  If you received a Late Bill/1st Assessment Notice, please refer to this document.

When an account becomes delinquent, a “Second Civil Penalty Assessment Notice” is sent.  That bill includes additional fees and penalties.

Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to a collection agency, or referred for Court action.  Additional fees and penalties would also then be applied.
