Northwest Parkway - Investor Information

The Northwest Parkway LLC is the operator and manager of the Northwest Parkway, the sole shareholder of Northwest Parkway LLC, is Brisa Auto Estradas de Portugal S.A.   The Northwest Parkway LLC entered into a 99-year concession and lease agreement with the Northwest Parkway Public Highway Authority to operate and maintain the Northwest Parkway.
